We have all had those days. Which is why I said enough is enough, and while my kids are watching their daily dose of TV (don’t judge), rather than doom scrolling, I have invested in a few great items that I can work out with and feel like I am not missing out on family time. As long as I give myself 15 minutes, on the days it’s crazy, I feel like I accomplished something!
Lo and behold:
Bala Bangles (Shop HERE)
These are the IG pretty ones, but for those for whom it might not make sense to spend the $$, here are these guys, https://www.amazon.com/r%C4%93%E2%80%A2Spin-Halle-Berry-Fitness-Collection/dp/B08TZVWDG6.

I also love having bands around me.
I got these and they have been a game changer, making my ass not Kim K level but at least not inverted.
TRX Excercise Bands (Shop HERE)
They come in all different resistances so they are a good way to push up and down.
I used to do a TON of Issac Boots, and these were perfect for all of his excersices.
I also love the Soto Method as well, so all of the above can work for them too!
Last but not least, I recently did Pvolve and felt like, for my core, it was really a game-changer.
PVOLVE Signature Bundle (Shop HERE)
I know I am throwing lots of brands at you, but honestly, start off with one style and do what you can. I used to just use resistance bands on my arms and legs, and you would be SHOCKED at what you can do with them and the creative ways you can work out. The internet is abound with great ideas, so just start somewhere. I wish I had the type of life that allowed for 1 hour per day of hard-ass workouts, but if you don’t (like me), any of these will be great and help you get in shape while spending lots of family time with your babes.
